About Me

Keri Hughes has been singing and teaching singers for over 25 years. She earned her Masters of Music degree in Vocal Performance at the University of Florida and is a member of the International Voice Teachers of Mix where she served as a mentor teacher for many years. Keri is a frequent guest instructor for The Broadway Dreams Foundation and worked for over a decade as the resident vocal coach for Atlanta’s Aurora Theatre. Passionate about healthy, powerful singing, Keri helps her clients develop their artistry and connect personally to their repertoire so they shine in professional and college auditions.

The addition of Peak Performance mental training in her studio has yielded outstanding results, helping her clients to perform with greater connection, confidence and joy. Keri’s clients can be found on Broadway,  in the American Idol Top 40,  touring nationally,  and in the country’s top university musical theatre programs. She is equally dedicated to working with beginners and has a particular love of teaching adults who are studying singing for the first time.

As an actress, Keri’s favorite roles include Aldonza in Man of La Mancha, Marian in The Music Man and Abigail Adams in 1776.  In 2023, Keri released her debut album “Christmas with Keri Hughes,” available on all major streaming services.
