Policies

PAYMENT
Due at the time of the lesson. Venmo or Paypal are preferred. Cash and checks made out to Keri Hughes are also accepted.

RECORDING
Recording your lesson allows you to practice more effectively.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Lessons cancelled by phone/text/email must be done a minimum of 24hrs in advance. If a lesson is cancelled for any reason with less than the required notice, the lesson fee is due and must be paid in full before further lessons are scheduled. (If your lesson is at 4pm on Wednesday and you cancel at 4:30pm on Tuesday you will be billed in full for the time.)

ILLNESS
If you are not feeling well but do not want to cancel your lesson please schedule an internet session. Thank you for not coming into the studio with symptoms.

LATE ARRIVALS
Lesson time lost due to late arrival is not made up.
